    Convert Text To Number (Double) Problem

    I'm having some trouble converting text to a double(number) via Microsoft Access 2007 VBA. I did have a code before, but I can't remember it. Any help on an entire module will help.

      Try using Val():
      Code:
      ?Val("3.4999393") + 3
   Returns
 6.4999393

          Safer to use the CDbl() function.
