Unable to see my form content

Hi friends,

Its a pathetic situation. Believe me I have suffered for days behind code but this problem has irritated me.

I am working in Ms access 2010 and everything was working fine when suddenly, so many problems took place.

-I am not able to see my forms content. By not able to see, I mean in Form and Layout view. (But I can see it in design view) What could be the reason for it.

-Suddenly one of the subform is not opening throwing Runtime error 3008

Well, I searched for it and Record lock is set to No locks.

Please help me out

What do you mean by form content? The controls or the data?

Thanks for responding.

My form contains Command buttons.

Every thing was working fine. but all of a sudden it is not visible now.

I can only see them in design view. Also, I checked visible property, everything is fine only.

Well, I am glad that I have backup.

Yeah , of course I had to figure it out what modifications I made and had to export that.
