Question in creating Form?

Here's my data first.
Table1 - Payee List
Field1 - Payee ID
Field2 - Payee
Field3 - TIN
Field4 - Address

Table2 - Voucher
Field1 - Voucher Number
Field2 - Payee
Field3 - Transaction Amount

Now this is the data that i wanted to see in the FORM i wanted to create from the table

Voucher Number - Auto Number
Payee - Encode
TIN - Automatic based on Payee
Address - Automatic based on Payee
Transaction Amount - Encode

I'm just a beginner in using Access thanks for advance.

If [Payee] references the name then you want [Payee ID] in the [Voucher] table instead (although I'd never recommend using spaces within names).

Now we have the background - what's the actual question?
