I want to create a combo box to transfer some items from o list to another list items in the same form and in the same time to actualize two tables: first, from I transfer items and the second, where I transfer items. It is possible?

It is a little unclear exactly what you are trying to do from above, but based on your picture, it appears you are trying to transfer the highlighted item in the left pane to the pane on the right?

There are many ways to do this, but it depends on how you want to do it. If the items on the left are in one table and the items in the right are in another table, you are moving data between tables. However, if both sets of items are in the same table (which may be a smarter way of doing it), then you are merely updating a flag in the record and refiltering the forms.
