Transferring an Access 2000 file to 2013

Hi! I've taken over a DB from a different user who can't help me with anything technical. I'm a chemist and can learn fast. he left me with a DB made in access 2000, I can only access it through a remote server on a windows XP machine! This is very limiting obviously and I want to get it onto Access 2013. When I try to open the file in 2013, I get the following messages shown in the screenshots I've attached. I get the error whenever I try to open any object except the tbllogin. This file did require logging in so that may be in the way? I in some ways want to start from scratch, but it looks like this file has hundreds of objects built in it would be a shame to waste it all.

    cweb,

We can't read your images, because the resolution exceeds the max and they are dithered down.

My recommendation would be to export all your tables into excel, import those tables into the new DB, and then work on your restructuring.

Great job at starting a new thread for a new topic, too! Thanks!
