3164 Error Field Cannot Be updated

Have just begun getting this error as i add more fields to a very big form. Wants to copy to clipboard cause it says record has been changed by another user ... who could only be me. Seems to blow up on the Me!Refresh line on other field After Update.

Any way to fix this annoying error?

Are the fields being added to a subform? It does sound strange that you are the only person updating and getting that particular error, which is common in shared environments.

Is the form a standard form bound to a table?
