Please help with employee database.

How can I link the job and years of experience to the same employee without there being multiple rows
ie:
Instead of this
Bob Brown Manager 3 years
Bob Brown Talent 6 years
This:
Bob Brown Manager 3 years
Talent 3 years
Sallie Sue XXXXX Xyears
Also can the yoe and job title be two tables?

Here is a very simple table design using a normalized approach:

[U]tblEmployees[/U]
EmpID     EmpName
1         Bob Brown
2         Sallie Sue


[U]tblExperience[/U]
ExpID     EmpID_fk    JobDesc     NumYears
1         1           Manager     3
2         1           Talent      6
3         2           xxxxxxx     x

Then in your employee form, you would have subform for your experience table with the relationship between the EmpID in tblEmployees and EmpID_fk as the foreign key in tblExperience.
