select particular fields to print

I have queries and tables with a very wide fields of information.

I would like to be able to select out some fields to print at particular times.

I have hidden all ribbons

Is there a way out?

Depends on your level of VBA skill.
If you are quite comfortable, then you can dynamically build and store a query in query collection and then use that either directly or using field aliases in a report.
There may be some other ways that Neopa or one of the others knows about too...
