Fixed & variable field in Access Form

I have table studentfile. In this three field - Student name, subject name & marks in the subject. Each student has at most 9 different subjects. now i want to design a form so that, a label for student name & 9 label for subject name & 9 label for subject marks. but i could not design properly. could you help me please.

Main form for Student table.
Separate table for Subjects.
Yet another table for Student/Subjects (Don't use "/" in the name though).

Your main form should have a subform to show the Student/Subjects.
