I should not of started playing round ruined my database

I had just what I wanted and I started playing round with it. I have tried to undo the changes but yes I saved them(dum)I think I almost have it but...

When a user uses the form they(form RecipesTbl)
Bring up a base recipe Name(Flavour1)C ombo box Basenametbl)
And sub form shows all the ingredients for that flavor1(Baserec ipestbl)
Both are editable and are saved to the Recipe table,
Then they are supposed to add a variant(flavor) to the recipe via text box(control sauce is Flavor from Recipes tbl)so it saves to the field name Flavour
and another sub-form to put the ingredients in this is also saved to the recipes table
So the Flavour1,Flavou r,variantIngred ientID, base recipeID is saved to the recipestbl

My trouble is as soon as I bring up my Flavour1 it populates the Flavour text box with already save varients.

I want it to bring up a blank box or better still a combo box that I can add to on the fly(I know how) but it has to come up blank to start with.

I hope all this makes sense

I am trying to upload my zipped file but it is taking a long time

My trouble is as soon as I bring up my Flavour1 it populates the Flavour text box with already save varients.
Then check in the "on change" and "after update" event code of control [Flavour1] for the code that is causing your other controls to update before you want them to do so.

Please check this code before uploading your files. Most of use will not be able to download the file or will not download an un-requested file.

It looks like you have 'AutoExpand' set to Yes.

If that's set to No then you won't see that behaviour.
