I am a network guy not a programmer of a small network. Some guy that used to work for the company that I am now working for was good at access and developed a decent data base but know he moved on and I am stuck cleaning up his unfinished projects. I know the basics to keep it going but that is it. The company is asking if I could add one more feature to this DB they are asking to help with the visualization. They would like a calender the is easier to use than the one currently on made up (I think partly due to it was written in access 2003) I have access to SharePoint 2007, and Outlook. The output only needs to be time start, Work Center, and description but also be able to list multiple days. I have attached the the db for your review and the complexity. Thanks for your help in advance.
Output access to a calendare possible share point.

There is a little (OK, not so little) application that was created by one of our experts (ADezii if I remember correctly) some time back that would appear to offer exactly what you need.
The thread starts here: MS Access Calendar it's some 7 pages in length and there are several threads posted against this one.
I suggest that you take a look at the file, you only need to view the first post to get to it, and see how it works for you. Any specfic questions that are not answered within the thread I referenced above regarding the use of The Calendar please post within this thread. If we need to split the questions out - that can be done at a later date.
.
Also, please understand, we do not normally open un-requested attachments. A practical example as to why can be found in a most recent post. This unfourtunate Member opened a file from a trusted source and is now haveing all sorts of issues! http://bytes.com/topic/access/answer...ll-ms-products
