set all number fields to 2 decimal places

Hi,
I have a database with 20 Number fields (20 columns of number data). Is there a way to set all Number fields to display two decimal places without going through each and every field property box and changing the decimal field from "Auto" to "2"?

You'll have to set it on each field.

Ahhhh ok. Perhaps I should send a suggestion to MS to include that option in the next version of Access... :)

It's possible to do Anne, but would involve complicated code. from how your question is posed I would guess you're looking for something simpler (That, and the effort involved would require many more than 20 fields to make it remotely worthwhile).

If you're still keen, and prepared to get into a fair bit of work on the project, I can take you further.
