To get an automatic number when the button refresh press

Im preparing in an excel sheet a purchase order form and im just new with the VBA and right now im just learning how make it in excel.
Im currently stocked with the problem that I do not know how I can have a continuous number – to have a +1 prior to the last Order number. I have at cellK10 the cell for the order number, when the refresh button is press and the fixed number I saved at cell P10.
Will it also be possible that when I will press again the refresh number it will give me the correct synchronize number since I need to save every form separately.

Based on the information provided, and the requirements listed, it sounds to me like you would be better of making an access database, and either print as pdf, or export to excel.

Access has autonumber capability for one, and you can store all orders in a single system. Storing seperate orders in seperate excel files sounds like a headache waiting to explode.

I'm with Smiley on this one. Definitely an Access type of project, and I'd advise you to explore further in that direction.

However, you didn't ask about that so I'll see what I can suggest that might help. Very little at this stage as what you have is not very clear, and knowing what you may require is pretty well impossible without an understanding of where you're starting from. Why don't you explain exactly what you're working with and all the relevant columns and we can see what we can suggest for you.
