How can I split my address data into two

I have a field named address.

what i want to do is to split it into two:

making the last part of the address as the second part

example:
I have this address
#417 19673 MEADOW GARDENS WY

first part will be: # 417 19673 MEADOW GARDENS
second part will be: WY

What determines where the split occurs in the existing data?
