Microsoft Access 2003 / Missing data in Form

in my database are forms of several employees. a few months ago particular data was on this form. (this data cannot be deleted in a query but can in the form) for some reason the data is gone. this isn't happening in every employee's record only a few. What would make this happen?

We'd need to know more about how you are populating the form before we can venture any opinion on what might be wrong. If the recordsource of the form is a query, please post the SQL for the query and some sample data to help readers.
