want to write multiple choice questions in Ms-Access

my question is i wanted to write multiple choice questions in Ms-Access and when clicked on answer it should be highlighted(onl y correct answer)not the remaining answers! Basically am a teacher wanted to conduct a quiz using this kind of technology so please give me the guidelines to do it within 2days
