Convert Column Dates to Rows

Hi

In Access 2010, is there a method to convert my data set so rather than the dates being columns as they are now, I would like to change them to rows. i.e.

From

Jan-10 Feb-10 Mar-10
50 74 80

To

Jan-10 50
Feb-10 74
Mar-10 80

Any help with this would be appreciated!

A UNION query would probably do it (The info in the question is pretty sparse so we're working on fumes here).

SELECT [Field1]
FROM   [Table]
UNION ALL
SELECT [Field2]
FROM   [Table]
...
