access select rows from value1 to value2

hey there,
linked excel 2003 sheet to access query (which comes up with more than 150000 rows)
how can I tell excel to extract 60000 output colums into the first sheet, 60000 into the second and the rest into third sheet.
probably easy task, but I melted my brain over this stuff for days now. any help would be really appreciated.
