Convert Currency to Text

I would like to create a module in Access 2010 to convert currency to display a text string as follows:

Convert 543.27 to display Five Hundred Forty-Three and 27/100

To Use This Function:

strResult = StrConv(SayNo(543.27),vbProperCase)
