Why reports won't print out fully in Access for end users?

I am having a problem getting a report to print out completely.
I have a report that has half a page with client data and half with lines on it so the end user can write on it. We call it a "call sheet". Only problem is when an end user prints the report only the top half of the report prints.

If I go in, open up a record, and print the "call sheet" I get everything. When other end users (two so far) do it they only get half the page to print

Any suggestions out there?

p.s. Also, if I may ask...how do you get only that record to print and not all of them. For instance, there might be three records associated to ABC Company. I just want the record showing to print.

Well I would start by checking that they have the same Access Version and Service Pack.

What do you mean by "That" record. Assumming you have a primary key in your table, you can pass a filter string to the report, matching the record your standing on, thus only printing that record.

Yes, the record ID (recID) is the primary key. I'm not familiar with passing filter strings. What does that mean?

I dont know whats up with the missing lines, but regarding your second question:
If you use DoCmd.OpenRepor t you can pass a filter string (A SQL where clause without the WHERE).
Lets assume your looking at a record, and on your form, you have a textbox tb_RecID on the form, with your primary Key as the controlsource.

You can then use the following code tied to a button to open your report in print preview:

Dim strFilter as string
strFilter="RecID=" & Me.tb_RecID
docmd.OpenReport "ReportName",acViewPreview,strFilter
