How to set the size to print pin-fed US Priority Mail Labels?

My customer uses a Panasonic KX-P 1150 printer for printing his US PRIORITY MAIL LABELS. The size of the labels are: 4" Tall and 4.75" Wide, with no borders (they are continuously fed, pin feed labels). I have made several attempts to create a report using the Label wizard, but invariably the labels print as if they are going to Letter sized Portrait oriented sheets.
That is to say, the first two labels print perfectly, but the next is about two inches low, and then subsequent addresses appear at varying places on the labels.
Now, these US PRIORITY MAIL LABELS are provided by the US Postal Service, so they are not unique. What do I have to do to enable them to print properly on this printer.
I have the Report Dimensions set to the size of a single Label.
Where do I have to instruct the program to know that each "Page" is the size of the label?
Please help, my customer is currently handwriting these labels.
    Thanks for the assistance.

I too am having this problem. The old pinfed labels are free, which is why I am not going to the sheet fed labels.
Has anyone else figured out how to generate these labels, even if I have to export them to MS Word first??
