Supplier fields: supplier name and supplier number.

Need to create a report that lists bikes that are low in stock and to be reordered. Report should also provide supplier information for the items identified.

You have to sort out How to relate Supplier and Product.

You should do some searching on Proper Naming Conventions as well. No spaces in field names.
