Have a report query that identifies all program participants within a given month. Have a query that works well except that if the report is run after the beginning of new month, it includes enrollees in the new month, showing as negative numbers.
Since program participants often enroll prior to a given month or remain enrolled at the end of a given month, how do I structure the statement that would exclude those enrolling after a new month date, e.g.
IIf([EnrollDate]>=01/01/2011,????How do I say do not include these in the report?
