Assigning listbox selected values to a table?

Hi all,

Basically I want to use two list boxes side by side. One populated with a list of items and between them some buttons to allow the user to select and move items from the left hand list box to the right hand list box.

I then want these selected items to be saved against a record ID.

I have found some code examples for the first part, the selecting and moving items from one list box to another however I have no clue about how to save the selected items to a record.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on a method of doing this?

Do you mean simply looping through the listbox's values and then run the recordset to insert a new record? Can you tell us more on what you are doing in the saving process?
