I want a field value to change automatically from status from "waiting" into "received, when the values of the field named " Weight" and "number" are filled in

You need to decide which event you want to fire this change off on.

But it would be a simple if statement to get the desired result:

If len(Weight) > 1 And len(number) > 1 then 
txtStatus.value = "Received"
Else
txtStatus.value = "Waiting"
End if

No doubt others will have a much more compatible way but this is the dirty method to getting it done.
