I have created a database to house information about a collection of digital art that our company owns. In the database, I have 2 tables so far, one for data pertaining to the overall image and another which pertains to variations of the image (Image and Variant tables). I have used information from these two tables when I created a form. The main table was populated with 10 sample rows from the Excel spreadsheet that currently houses the information. The database successfully showed the number of images that were in the primary table. In the process of testing, I deleted all of the data from each table and reimported new data both spreadsheets. When I did that and went back to my form, it should have contained 10 different records from the primary table but did not show any records. If I recreate the form, then all of the records will display. What I need to know is why the new data does not show in the old form? Thanks.
