Creating an Access Inventory Adjustment form

I have a table listing all the property owned by my company. I'm trying to create a form that would allow me to move the property from one user to another. An example would be:
My HR section has a computer. I've been told the computer will be given to my safety section. I would like to create a form that I can print showing the computer was transfered from HR to safety, allowing both to sign showing a change of custody. Can someone please help.

It's hard to help when you don't say what your problem is. I can't imagine it's any inability to create a simple form (as there are various wizards that help with that) so what are you asking for help with?

PS. The clue's in the question. If you actually stop and work out exactly what you're trying to do the chances are you won't need any further help ;-)
