I have an (unbound) form that i created so you can edit a record on the back end. I have 3 text boxes set up as the Criteria and then a bunch of other text boxes that fill in with the records information. Now what I also have is a list box. The box is used to show one of the criteria boxes (a box number) but the reason for it is in case of duplicate box number records. Now the problem im having is I always have to click on the box number in the list box to make it requery the information and fill in all of the boxes but i want to hide this box so it only is shown when I have a duplicate record.
Only problem im having is getting the information to refresh or requery (how ever you want to say it) with out the list box being visible. Any ideas how i could do this?
Everything else I have described works fine, its just this one problem.
