How do I insert a continuous form into a a Main form?

Do you mean how can you put a form in to a main form to create a subform?
If this is your question you can actually drag and drop a form into another form. Open your main form. Then while its open click on another form from your form table and drop it in to the main form. Do this with out the second form being open. just drag and drop it in. It will open up in your main form and from there you can change and move it how ever you want.
