How do you get the wheel on the mouse to scroll thru records in Access 2007?

In prior versions of MS Access we used to be able to use the wheel on the mouse to scroll thru records when a form is used. In MS Access 2007 we can not scroll thru the records....Or is there some field or option that needs to be turned on to allow this capability?

I honestly don't know as I've always added code to applications prior to 2007 to turn the mousewheel off. It's dangerous to have it on as users can accidently move off the record they should be on and make unintended changes.
