Create button to check,uncheck only when another button is yes only

I have a yes/no field, and i created a yes and no buttons for that field in form. There are other two buttons, A and B. I would like to design so that when click YES, it will ask to select either A or B button but not both. When click NO, it will not allow to select A or B button. So far, I created option group buttons for yes/no field and A and B. They work fine but the problem is when I mistakenly check A or B, it will not allow me to unchecked them all when I check NO button. Any suggestion? Thanks.
