I have a microsoft access program that uses an icon on each computer to open the database. Here is the problem. Only one user account per client computer on our network has the ability to open the database. From each user account I can search and find the .mdb file and open it, only problem is a new access code is required (we have to pay per access code) so I need a way to make the icon for the database available to every user on each client computer. I know this has something to do with the permissions but I just can not seem to figure it out. We are running Windows SBS 2008 R2 with 4 client computers attached. We can not finish rolling out our SBS until this issue is worked out since we need to access the database about every 5 minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
