Access Forms linked to create one record

I am using Access for a survey with 7 questions. For ease of use, each question needs to be on a separate form. Have 5 possible answers on each form: Very Satisfied, Somewhat Satisfied, Undecided, Somewhat Dissappointed, Very Dissappointed. When the user selects an answer, they are taken to the next form, etc.

Access is creating 7 different records, one for each form. I need the answers to all 7 questions to go into one record.

I would use a single form and have Pages (Tabbed Control) for each question.

You may want to handle disallowing the operator to move away from, or otherwise save, the current record until all mandatory data has been entered.
