I have a database that I am using to print out labels and there are many labels, thousands. All the information isn't on the table as of yet so I created a field saying printed? which is a yes no field. What I was trying to do is have a query that exports the data and once it exports it, make the field Printed? a yes so it wont come up on that query again because I have the query only viewing the fields that are not null and that have a no in the printed? field, but the problem I am running into is making all the fields in the query turn to yes, it will do the first record and then none after that. I am using set.value to try and accomplish this. Am I going about it wrong? I also tried to make a form with the same idea thinking maybe the set.value field would work easier and no luck. Thank you

I would suggest a field with three states :- Not processed.
- Prepared to be processed.
- Processed.
That way new records entered would go in as a state of A.
Before running a print run an UPDATE query to change records you're interested in to a state of B.
After finishing the print run, run another UPDATE query to change all records of state B to a state of C.
