You cannot hide a column in a query. You can hide objects on forms and reports, but not in a query.

      Code:
      [B]1[/B].You can make columns(fields) of
queries not to appear on forms or reports by deleting
       the field on the form

[B]2[/B].set Field's visible property to No within a form where the
Forms' recordsource is the query; so that it's invisible.

[B]3[/B]. You can delete the column within the query

[B]4[/B]. [B]You can untick the column within the query so
that it does not appear when run..[/B]
