How to populate several date fields based on a date due.

I'm very new to programming and although I've seen a similar post that addressed this in part, I am unsure how exactly to go about this. I know I can utilize the DateAdd function but don't know where this info needs to be inserted. I need to populate 12 different date fields based on a due date, but don't know if this should be done in the original table, or if I can do it in a form. When the data is being inputted I will have the due date, but for the purpose of creating the formula there is no specific date. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you want to use the DateAdd function, based on the due date.

You could put the calculation in a calculated field on a form, or you can put it as a calculated field in a query.

For these examples, let's say the due date field is called 'DueDate'.

In a query you would put the calculation on the Field row. It would be something like:

    Two Weeks Past Due: DateAdd("d",14,[DueDate])

In a form you would put the calculation in the Control Source of a text field. It would be something like:

    =DateAdd("d",14 ,[DueDate])

Let me know if you have difficulty finding the 'Field' row in a query or the 'Control Source' property on a form's text field.
