I have a search from based ona query trhat will display continous records when I run the search. These records each have a E-Mail button beside them. When I click this button a form pops up which I have created to send emails within access.
Each of the records has a corresponding ID number which are shown beside the email button. I would like to be able to pass this and place it within one of the text boxes on my email form ( I dont need the exact code I can mess around to point it to which box I want it exactly).
So simply how do I go about passing the value? Since there are multiple records each with an email button beside I would like the correct ID to be present for each upon clicking.
I expect this is similar to when you open a form and filter it to a specific value but I cant work out how to pass it.
