    Hide Datasheet View Using Docmd.Openquery

    Hi,

    1. I am doing a simple timesheet model in Access. When i click on Review button with given dates, this will run a query to find the Username, Start Date, Break Start time, Break End Time and Work Finish Time. The query works perfectly. I have insert a Subform in my main form (assigned to this query) to retreive this query data and display. but I dont want to open the query in a seperate window as I have the subform in my Main Form to display. how can I hide this seperate query window?
    2. Also how can I display that query data in the Subform when click on Review button.
    3. When I export the main form as a html, I dont see any button etc. Only following image 'securedownload '

I am using MS Access 2003.

    1. When working with forms built on queries, it is not ever necessary to open the queries separately. Simply by opening the form (or subform etc) the query is run to populate it.
    2. If your form is not showing the data then we have an entirely separate problem. This is all about how you've set your form up. As we have no knowledge of that there is little we can do for you other than a basic set of instructions on form design. I suggest you post this question separately and include some information to illustrate what may be going wrong, or at least something to indicate what you do and don't understand so we know how best to pitch a response. Separate questions should always be in their own threads by the way. Please see the FAQ link for all our rules.
    3. Again. This is a separate question that I cannot help with. This is one of a few reasons we don't allow multiple questions in a single thread. It makes it too complicated to manage if an expert knows the answer to one but not all. It's quite logical really.
