Alright I’m back. So I just gonna lay it out there. I am former Marine Infantryman, and not the brightest bulb in the drawer. So I’m working on a project for a non profit call center that helps homeless veterans find assistance through the various originations that exists. I have attached what I have so far. I am curious if some one with a little more experience could help me with the remainder of this project. As I am in way over my head. Essentially the CTC main is going to be the default screen. From there when we receive a call one would hit the client intake form and enter the callers information which is then stored in the clients table. When submit is selected I would like it to open the “open clients” form with the callers information pre-entered. We would go over their needs and have the resource guide (several excel spreadsheets at the moment but that’s another issue) and record what originations we told the caller to contact. We want to ask them if they would allow us to contact them in 2 weeks to follow up with the service we provided (for grant purposes) if they say yes I want their information to pop up in the follow up sheet but only if they are due for a call, or past due. The call log should populate with all the calls received sorted by most recent. Once we either leave two messages or complete the survey, they should be a button to close them out, where they are moved to the closed client table and a hard copy printed. The reports needs to bring up an option to go through the records on a monthly basis to see several break downs being age, ethnicity, location calling from and a few other things. If I could get some basic help with some of the coding I can copy and paste my way through the end of the project. I really appreciate any one that could give me some help. Thanks
