    reverse engineer ole object link?

The sample at http://www.lebans.com/oletodisk.htm does exactly the opposite of what I would like to accomplish. I'm not enough of a programmer to reverse Stephen's process. Can anybody help? I need to take a known file path/name, and stuff it into a field as an OLE linked object. Any takers?

    Thanks!

To me, the easiest way to Insert an Object (Linked/Embedded) into an OLE Object Frame is to:
    1. Set Focus to the Object Frame.
    2. Open the Insert Object Dialog Box and make your decisions.
      Code:
      Me![OLEBound2].SetFocus
      DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdInsertObject

Thanks for your quick response. There is no form associated with this. I'd like to be able to run code that acts directly on the table.
