Button to Load Image on a Report

I am making a Switchboard that has several buttons. I have created all of them but one. I was curious if anyone could give me some pointers.

I need help making a button on a form that will bring up the dialog box when uploading an image onto a report. This image will be used for the background on the report and it changes every month. This button will allow me to browse for the correct image, then have that image loaded with the Picture Size Mode set to ZOOM.

I have a similar button that transfers a spreadsheet to a table, but what command can I do to transfer an image to a report?
