How do I create a report with headings that are not in my underlying table

I have a table with the following information

    reg no name coursecode score
    001 John com 111 50
    001 john com 333 60
    004 janet com 444 50
    006 dave gns 111 20

............... . and so on and so forth.

I will like to create a report that looks like this

reg no com 111 com 333 and so on depending on the number of courses
    011 50 60

    Thanks

Look at sorting and grouping in reports and also crosstab queries with fixed column headers as a start. Rather than just ask what is you want others to solve for you, please explain at least a little of what you know 'yourself' and I am sure some helpful contributions will come forth once they understand your skill level
