Combo Box selection populates text boxes

Hello,
I am very new at Access & VBA so I hope you understand what I am asking.

I have a form that displays information about an apartment building. I created a combo box to list all of the apartment Units/numbers. Under neath the combo box I have 5 different text boxes for dates for construction. Examples of the dates are "start Date", "Applicatio n Date", "Completion Date". The user will populate these text boxes with the dates, as they happen. If the user (landlord) receives an application for Apt. 101, the user will select 101 from the combo and place the date in the "Applicatio n Received:" Text box. Save and Close. When the job is completed, select Apt 101 again and place the date the job was Closed.

I am having trouble identifying the dates for each apartment number. Each apartment will have different dates. I think it should be a VBA code on the OnChange event of the combo box. Also, I have the combo box as Unbound.

Can you please tell me how to do this?

It seems like you need a simple form bound to the table with the dates in, but which has an unbound ComboBox in the header for filtering the records. Example Filtering on a Form gives some examples of how this can be done.
