How to Display a Record Twice in a Report

I have a record of deliverables that has an Issue Date and a Review Date that might be a few weeks apart. The client wants 1 report that shows review date and issue dates mixed together and sorted by date, so if the record has both dates it would show up once with the review date and a second time with the issue date. I don't know how to do that without creating some kind of temporary table with two records for each record that has both dates. If I create this table I dont know how to do it just before they print the report. Any suggestions?

He doesn't want two reports or a list of issue dates and then review dates he wants them all mixed together by date

As you have already indicated, you can programmaticall y create a Temporary Table satisfying your criteria, then on the Open() Event of the Report, assign the Record Source to this Table.
