How do I create a button to email a singular record?

I have started a database of corrective action records and would like to be able to email a singular record once the info has been completed. I have tried to do this but when I use 'SendObject' in the macro builder and send the record as a PDF the records are concatenated and not sent singularly.
Is there a simple way of doing this ?
