    Look for the latest Outlook refernce in Tools / References... from the VBA IDE.

      i use access 2003 (office 2003) have no installed VB

        Visual Basic for Applications is an integral part of Office 2003. Press Alt-F11 from an Access window to open and switch to, the VBA IDE.
