Password for field editing

How i can i creat a password for one field when i attempt to edit or delete the content of that field in Access 2003 and Windows XP
I have a multiuser access programm in a network , or how can i disable the editing previlage from a full permission user.

You can set the 'Locked' Property of any Field to True in order to prevent anyone from entering data into the Field, then you can always prompt for a Password to 'Unlock' it.
