how to hide the standard send button in outlook 2003

i am using outlook 2003 to send and receive mails. i want to process a custom form within outlook and want to send the mail wen the user clicks on custom send button. now i need to hide/disable the standard send button using VBA. can any body help me in this.

Also specify how to access the mail fields (such as TO field, Subject field, Body field, Attachments Field) using VBA.
