Getting Vba code for form

I have one application in which i am opening other mdb file say test

i need that all the form name along with vba code from test file should gets saved to text file how i can do that

i am able to get information about controls on the form by opening form in design view mode i need to access code of that form

Not sure if I fully understand what you are looking for. However, have a look at the access documenter.

This can be found in Menu Tools - Analyze - Documenter up to version 2003 whereas in 2007 it can simply be found on the Database Tools ribbon as Database Documenter.
