in Access 97, I have an access report that will not export to a SNP file. the report runs correctly, everything is accurate and exporting to other types of files works correctly(excep t it only exports the text and none of the formatting). What might hinder the snp exportation, or what might be a reasonable alternative that will produce a copy of the report that includes the formatting.

I use Adobe Acrobat to print to a PDF file.
We were always having problems with the Snapshot files. Particularly (though not limited to) the viewer not working reliably on various machines. -
after an hour of researching, i discovered we had adobe distiler.
getting good at this job, learning the in's and out's is not a walk in the park at all. but at the end of the day i always feel smarter.Comment

Acrobat Distiller is the thing to use for small PDFs (It does compression).
